Zhongfeng Lihua, a national high-tech & innovative SME headquartered in Xiamen, China, boasts over 30 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in intelligent home textile automation equipment. Our brand originated in 1992, and we completed the acquisition of Korea Lihua Industrial Automation Research Institute in 2016, combining advanced Chinese mechanical structure and Korean servo control technology to deliver stable, efficient automated production solutions for global textile factories.
We own a 35,000 standardized production workshop and a 3,000 foreign trade exhibition hall, equipped with complete prototype testing lines and an elite R&D team holding dozens of invention & utility model patents. We serve four core industries: home textile curtains, footwear & luggage, umbrella manufacturing and garment automation. Our Home Textile Division develops over 20 sets of full-process intelligent equipment, covering automatic unwinding, hemming, pleating, fixed-length cutting and high-temperature shaping for finished curtains, hotel bed sheets, shower curtains, blankets and window drapes.
Our flagship product is the fully integrated curtain production line, widely applicable to blackout fabric, chiffon, linen, flannel and waterproof coated cloth. Adopting full servo drive and 10-inch touch PLC system, one single line replaces 48 workers with consistent finished quality and over 60% labor cost reduction. Every unit undergoes 8 strict inspection procedures and 72-hour continuous aging test before shipment, complying with CE safety standards and ISO9001 quality management system.
